Do I need to schedule an appointment? Yes. Weekday appointments require a minimum of a 24 hour advance notice while weekend appointments require a minimum of a 72 hour advance notice. We will try to accommodate walk-ins for one or two girls Monday-Thursday. However, appointments have first priority. We still strongly suggest that you call the spa to make an appointment in advance. Weekend appointments often fill up fast. In addition, all services/events/parties require prepayment at the time of booking or if a walk-in, prior to services being rendered.
What if I arrive late for my appointment? Due to multiple appointments per day, if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment we will do our best to perform all services included. Should we have to schedule another time due to an appointment immediately following yours and the time does not work for you, a $10 reschedule fee will then apply.
Can I tip my service technician? Due to the nature of our business, an 18% cash gratuity will be assessed to all parties & services. Gratuity must be paid prior to services being rendered. It is at your discretion if you would like to tip your technician more than the required 18%.

What makes your Manis & Pedis “mini”? Our Manis and Pedis are tailored for children. For example, kids often have soft, sensitive skin and don’t need the use of metal tools to get a great mani or pedi.
Can Moms book a Mani or Pedi too? Sure! We offer our VIP Mom & Me Spa Package along with several other Mom & Me Services. Please remember our services & parties are designed specifically for kids and do not include the usage of sharp tools, files, or blades commonly used in adult-tailored manicures & pedicures.
What is your reschedule/cancellation policy? A 72 hour advance notice is required for reschedules. Appointments cancelled outside of our cancellation period may incur a $10.00 reschedule fee. No call, no show appointments will result in the loss of reschedule. Refunds on services/events/parties are not offered for any reason.
Groupon/Living Social Vouchers: A 72 hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to do so may result in a $10 rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the voucher.
