What ages are your parties for?
Themed Parties at The Klumsy Moose are intended for girls ages 3-13. We offer a variety of party themes to cater to girls of all ages in this age group. To see which theme is best for your child, please view the specific party themes for our age recommendation.
Is their a minimum/maximum number of guests that I can invite?
All themed parties at The Klumsy Moose are based on 8 girls. If less than 8 attend your party, you will still be charged for the same amount. Attendance over 8 guests will be charged an additional rate per person. Please see package details for additional per person charge. Please also see our budgeted "MINI SPARTY" for small groups.
Can I tip my party hostesses?
For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will be added to your final balance and is due the day of your event in cash only. Gratuity must be paid prior to party beginning. Groupon or Living Social Vouchers and parties that have received any discount will still be charged 18% gratuity off the original party price, not the discounted price.
What forms of payment are accepted?
For your convenience we accept: Visa, Master Card, AMEX & Discover. Checks are not accepted.
What is needed to book a party?
A 50% Non-Refundable deposit is required to reserve a party time and date. The remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to your event.
What time should I arrive at the party?
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your party to settle any additional payments and that your guests do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party so that we may clean up from the last party and set up for yours.
Do I need to stay at the party?
A parent or guardian of the guest of honor is required to stay for the duration of your party. Due to limited space, please be sure to let your guests know that they may pick up their child at the end of your event. Parties at our Spa are drop off only and no exceptions will be made.
Can I bring food to my party?
We do not allow any outside food to be brought into our facility including our Spa. If there is something you would like that we do not offer, please ask when booking your party and we will do our best to get it for you.
What if I need to reschedule/cancel my party?
Please be advised should it be necessary for you to reschedule your party once the deposit is made, an additional 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reschedule. If you cancel your party once the deposit is made, please remember that your initial deposit is non-refundable.
**Due to the high demand for parties and events at The Klumsy Moose, please note that should you need to reschedule your event, Friday, Saturday and Sunday parties are based on availability and can not be guaranteed. Parties MUST be rescheduled within 72 hours and MUST take place within 30 days of your original party date.
Am I responsible for paying for a guest that doesn't show up?
You will be charged for the final head count given prior to the party. The final head count is required 7 days prior to your party/event. Ex: Parties based on 8 including the birthday girl in which you RSVP for 10 and only 8 show up, you will still be charged for 10.
What do I need to do to prepare for a party?
Please let your guests know to have nail polish removed from their child's nails prior to arriving. If we have to remove nail polish, it can take time away time from another activity in your party.
How long do the parties last?
Parties are approx. 2 hours long. Please note we reserve 2 hours for each party, but parties may conclude within 1 and 1/2 hours due to a number of factors such as, number of guests, guest participation, etc. In the event of any children are misbehaving or not following instructions, the hostess will speak to the designated adult to correct the behavior. If the behavior is not corrected, and continues to happen, this can/may result in the conclusion of the party.

What days and times do you hold parties?
Parties are booked between:
- Monday - Friday: Any 2 hour increment starting at 11:30 AM and 6 PM being the last start time offered.
- Saturday: 11-1 PM, 2-4 PM, 5-7 PM
- Sunday: 11-1 PM, 2-4 PM, 5-7 PM
What do your provided cakes look like?
Our cakes are to order by cake flavor, icing, Birthday Girl's name and age candle. The cake is a 15 piece cupcake pull apart decorated in black scroll print and pink pipeing. Cake flavors include chocolate, vanilla, or half and half. Icing flavor choices are butter cream or whipped. Topping your cake is "Happy Birthday, *Birthday Girls Name*!" and an age appropriate candle.
